How do I wash and care for my Kinder Cloth Diapers?
We recommend a two-cycle wash routine: a short warm wash with a small amount of detergent to remove waste, followed by a long hot heavy-duty cycle with the full amount of detergent. Always hang dry or tumble dry on low to preserve the waterproof PUL layer.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide! Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange diapers if they don't fit?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are your materials safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our diapers are made from OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, including athletic wicking jersey and bamboo-cotton blends, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and gentle on your baby's skin.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as broken snaps, delamination, or stitching issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper washing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay for larger bundle purchases.
